HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, simply email us at

We’ll guide you through the process with care.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
We’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or credit note if:
Your item is brand new, unused, and in its original packaging
There’s a clear manufacturing fault (confirmed after inspection)
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and approved.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made items or gift cards
- Sale or Sample Sale purchases (unless the item is faulty)
- Items damaged from misuse, accidents, or regular wear (e.g. bent rings, broken chains, faded plating)
If an item doesn’t meet our return conditions, we may need to send it back to you at your expense.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
All Estela pieces are brand new, have never been worn or returned, and are carefully packed just for you.
To make sure your return gets to us safely:
- We recommend using registered or trackable postage
- Estela is not responsible for lost return parcels
- Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or covered under warranty
