Each order is carefully packed and prepared with love.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it’s shipped.
Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

We take great care to ensure every parcel reaches you safely.
However, once it leaves our hands, delays can sometimes occur due to postal or customs factors beyond our control.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist you.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs clearance fees once it arrives in your destination country.
These charges are set and collected by the local customs authorities, and Estela is not responsible for any additional fees applied upon import.

We have no control over these charges, and they are not included in the checkout total on our website.
If customs duties or taxes are required, the recipient (customer) is responsible for payment.

Please note: We are unable to refund parcels that are not delivered or are returned to sender due to unpaid customs duties and/or taxes. We kindly recommend checking your local customs information before placing an international order.
